ROSTER

Team Structure

Teams can consist of up to 10 BINGO players as your company will receive 10 Bingo cards to play (any gender).
A minimum 1 participant must be an employee of your company at the time of play.

Roster/Waiver

There is no Roster/Waiver required for this activity.

Registration at event

You will be asked to identify your Company when you sign onto Zoom at the event.

Event Format

75 Ball BINGO

Rules

Each team will receive 10 BINGO cards each with an individual card number assigned to it.
The 10 cards can be played by one individual or spread amongst 10 different individuals. It is important that each BINGO card not be duplicated. The same 10 cards will be used for all 4 rounds.
There will be 4 Rounds of BINGO each with 4 different opportunities to win in each Round. Participants can win by achieving the following patterns:

One line or 4 corners
Two lines or one line and 4 corners
X
Full card

As soon as the first participant has completed a pattern, they will declare their BINGO by un-muting themselves and yelling "BINGO!". They will be asked for their company name and the Card # that has been assigned to each card.
The BINGO master will confirm the BINGO (or BINGOS) and then continue on to the next pattern until someone has declared a BINGO for that pattern and so forth until the Full Card pattern has been completed in that round.
Players do NOT clear their cards during the Round, this is continuous play until the final Full Card has been achieved.
Once a participant has achieved the Full Card pattern, that round will be over, players clear their cards and the next Round will begin.
Have your BINGO card(s) and markers ready; and extra copies for subsequent games if you intend to use a pen or marker on your card to mark your numbers.

Scoring / Corporate Challenge Points

Each team that participates will receive 10 PARTICIPATION points
Teams will be awarded CHALLENGE points for being the first confirmed BINGO in the following patterns:

1 point: One line or 4 corners
1 point: Two lines or one line and 4 corners
2 points: X
3 points: Full Card

No medals will be awarded for this event.

Team Cancellation/No Show Penalty

Cancellations must be emailed to the Corporate Challenge office. If a team must cancel their participation in a sport, the Penalties are as follows:
LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION: (Within 48 hours of your event start time)
Teams that provide written notification (by email) that they are canceling out of an event within 48 hours of the start of the event will be penalized 5 points. A company with participants who register at the event but are unable to register an eligible team will be considered a cancellation and the penalty will apply.
NO SHOWS: (No notification of cancellation)
A No Show will result in a 10-point deduction and disqualification from that sport for the following year. A NO SHOW is a team that has not provided any notification that their team is not participating in an event prior to start time of the event.

BINGO results will be posted upon completion of the event.
