Teams that are united with team spirit are often the ones that rise to the highest levels of performance both in and out of the workplace…does your company have Spirit? Corporate Challenge has spirit competitions for everyone to participate in…. including fundraising activities, networking, and special activities for your CEO!
Spirit Award Challenge points can be received in the following activities:

SPIRIT AWARD ACTIVITIES
There will be an overall spirit winner in each division, plus teams that collect the most Spirit Award points will win valuable points toward their Overall Team Points.
The CEO Challenge kicks off at the Pep Rally with a series of fun challenges for your Senior Manager/CEO. Every company with a CEO/Senior Manager participating will earn their company 200 SPIRIT AWARD points. Plus extra points will be awarded for the top three finishers in each division. Sign your CEO up on the Sport Selection form along with all the other events.
A lighthearted competition that gets your team SPIRIT points while putting a smile on someone's face! Your team can perform random Acts of Kindness on a friend, family member, a coworker, neighbour, charity or even an unsuspecting stranger. Donate to the Food Bank, volunteer at a pet rescue, send a card to a friend who needs a lift, buy the person behind you in line a coffee... no Act is too small to count. Perform an Act of Kindness and tell us about it! Simple as that.
3. TEAM NOMINATIONS - 10/5 Spirit Award Points per nomination
Nominate a team that you witnessed showing the Corporate Challenge Spirit! Each nomination a company receives will earn them 10 Spirit Points! And just for nominating them, your company will receive 5 Spirit Points. There will be a QR code available at all events to scan and upload your nomination. We ask that in the spirit of Fair Play you do not solicit nominations from other teams for your company.
Face off against fellow ECC teams in our first-ever in-person CardiacCrash Tournament! Get ready for a thrilling showdown as your team competes for the title of CardiacCrash Champion. You'll go head-to-head with other teams while learning life-saving CPR skills. It's like Family Feud, but with a heart-pumping twist—practicing CPR to save lives! Sign up with Heart and Stroke

Extra Life is a fundraising event for the Stollery Children's Hospital and this year we are presenting it live and in-person! Teams will be able to earn both CHALLENGE and SPIRIT Points as the play MARIO KART. This is a medal event, so you can earn overall Challenge points for placing in the top 6 PLUS if your team signs up to fundraise, you have the opportunity to earn Spirit Points as well.
6. T-SHIRT CONTEST - 100 Spirit Points
Deadline to Submit T-shirt: June 4, 2025
Show off your unique team shirt design and earn Spirit Points at the same time! Everyone who enters the t-shirt contest will be awarded 100 Spirit Points! Plaques will be awarded to the top design in each division. Judging of the t-shirt contest is done by our sponsor!

Your t-shirt entry can be dropped off at any Corporate Challenge event. Please put the shirt in an envelope and label it: T-Shirt Contest
Help us sell out the incredible raffle this year! We have an amazing trip and other great prizes available! The tickets are sold through Rafflebox and your company can earn points by having buyers select your company name under the “In Support of” section. Spirit points are awarded as follows:
Up to 25 tickets sold - 100 Spirit Points awarded
26-50 tickets sold - 200 Spirit Points awarded
51-100 tickets sold - 300 Spirit Points awarded
100+ tickets sold - 400 Spirit Points awarded
8. BADGE TRADING (Team networking activity) - Spirit Points up to 400 Spirit Points Available
Each year, Corporate Challenge brings teams together for a fun, interactive networking experience, and this year, we’re taking it up a notch with our Camp Corporate Challenge theme! Introducing the Badge Trading Challenge!
Each team that signs up will receive a sash and a set of unique badges, but here’s the twist – to earn more Spirit Points, you’ll need to trade your badges with other companies throughout the Games! The goal? Collect as many different badges as possible while making valuable new connections. At the end of the challenge, we’ll tally up your results, and you’ll get to keep your sash and badges as a special memento of this year’s Games. Think of it as a throwback to the days of scouts and summer camp, where earning badges meant adventure, teamwork, and fun!
How to Join the Fun:
All teams can sign up to take part in this fun networking event.
NEW IN 2025: All teams must sign up for the networking activity before April 14, 2025. Your activity package will be distributed at the Kick Off Pep Rally. If you cannot attend the Pep Rally, contact the Corporate Challenge office to arrange a pick up corporatechallenge@tntevents.ca.

Cather your fellow campers (co-workers) and put together your act for the year-end talent show! All teams that participate will recieve 20 participation points in addition to the 200 Spirit Points. Teams must sign up for the talent show before May 2, 2025.
