TIME OF EVENT
Games start at 6:15 pm
Team schedules will be created and announced on-site
REGISTRATION
5:30 pm - Registration Begins
6:00 pm - Registration Ends - all teams must be checked in by this time or they will be removed from the schedule
All participants must register with picture ID and proof of employment
Team Captains must bring the completed roster to register at the event.
Ensure that all players read and sign the waiver before registering.
Each participant must provide:
A valid photo ID
Company ID which can include an HR letter, business card, pay stub, employee ID.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Must have a minimum of 4 players to register. Substitutes may register later in the event. Players can change between games.
No Gender requirement
One E-SUB allowed
Participants must be employees of the company at time of play (with exception of the E-SUB).
Roster
Rosters will be posted in February.
