If your company is ready to join the Games, simply click the REGISTER NOW link below and you will be taken to our registration page. Here are just a few reminders of what is involved in joining:

1. Entry Fees:
Your company will be required to pay the following entry fees based on the number of employees you have in Edmonton and area. You will be asked to provide your employee count on the registration form.

Companies with 1-49 employees: $2100

Companies with 50-99 employees: $2300

Companies with 100-199 employees: $2700
-
Companies with 200-299 employees: $2800

Companies with 300-499 employees: $3000
-
Companies with 500-999 employees: $3200

Companies with 1000+ employees: $3700

Please note there is a $200/team golf user fee if your company chooses to participate in golf.

2. Volunteer Commitment:
Every participating company must agree to provide volunteers. The number of volunteer shifts required is based on the division your company is in (your division will be assigned to you after you register). Volunteer shifts are about 4-5 hours. The following is the MAXIMUM number of volunteer shifts that will be required.
