Games begin at 12:00 noon 

Note: This is an ALL DAY EVENT; the tournament runs from 12:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Players are expected to make themselves available during this time.

1. All teams must register before 11:45 am.

2. If your team has not registered 15 minutes prior to start, you will be removed from the schedule.

3. Must have 4 Eight Ball players to register. 

4. All participants must register with picture ID and proof of employment.

5. Team Captains must bring the completed roster to register at the event. 

6. Ensure that all players read and sign the waiver before registering.

7. Each participant must provide:

   • A valid photo ID

   • Company ID which can include an HR letter, business card, pay stub, employee ID.

1. Must have a minimum of 4 Players to register.  Substitutes may register later in the event.

2. No Gender requirement

3. One E-SUB allowed

4. Participants must be employees of the company at time of play (with exception of the E-SUB).
