Tee off time is game time, any latecomers will not be allowed to participate
REGISTRATION
All teams must register at least 15 minutes prior to their tee-off time
Must have 4 golfers to register (co-ed team with 2 people of alternate gender)
All participants must register with picture ID and proof of employment
Team Captains must bring the completed roster to register at the event.
Ensure that all players read and sign the waiver before registering.
Each participant must provide:
A valid photo ID
Company ID which can include an HR letter, business card, pay stub, employee ID.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Teams will consist of 4 players
2 persons of alternate gender
One E-SUB allowed
Participants must be employees of the company at time of play (with exception of the E-SUB).
EQUIPMENT
Players must provide their own clubs and balls
Rental clubs are available at the golf course
Please note that carts are NOT included, if you want to book one call the course at 780-986-4653 ext. 1
