YELLOW - 6:00 PM
BLUE - 7:15 PM
RED - 8:30 PM
Individual team schedules will be announced on-site
All Cup selections will be drawn at 6:00 PM on the day prior to the event and announced on Corporate Challenge social media as well as posted here on the website at that time
Semi-final and final Cups will be selected live on-site for each division
Most teams should finish within 1.5 hours of their start time, up to 2.5 hours if they go all the way to the final
REGISTRATION
All teams must register 15-45 minutes prior to your division start - registration will be cut off 15 minutes prior to start time to make schedule adjustments & any teams not checked in will be removed from the schedule.
Must have a minimum of 4 Mario Kart players to register.
All participants must register with a picture ID and proof of employment.
Team Captains must bring the completed roster to register at the event.
Ensure that all players read and sign the waiver before registering.
Each participant must provide:
A valid photo ID
Company ID which can include an HR letter, business card, pay stub, employee ID.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Eligible team is a minimum of four players.
Substitutes allowed between games
No Gender Requirement
One E-SUB allowed
Participants must be employees of your company at time of play (with exception of the E-SUB).
FUNDRAISING OPTION
Fundraise for the Stollery is optional but we encourage you to get your whole company involved!
