REGISTRATION
Please register 30 minutes prior to your first game
Must have minimum 6 Pickleball players to register (co-ed team with minimum 3 people of alternate gender)
All participants must register with picture ID and proof of employment
Team Captains must bring the completed roster to register at the event.
Ensure that all players read and sign the waiver before registering.
Each participant must provide:
A valid photo ID
Company ID which can include an HR letter, business card, pay stub, employee ID.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Eligible team is a minimum of six players.
Three players of alternate gender required
Substitutes allowed between games
One E-SUB allowed
Participants must be employees of your company at time of play (with exception of the E-SUB).
