CANCELLATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to rain, Slo Pitch finals at Centennial Diamonds will not be proceeding. Teams and volunteers do not need to check in for Slo Pitch on May 31. Information about team standings will be provided at a later time.

REGISTRATION
Register at the location you play.
30 minutes prior to your game.
All participants must register with picture ID and proof of employment.
Please register together with a minimum of 10 players. Three (3) of alternate gender.
Team Captains must bring the completed roster to register at the event.
Ensure that all players read and sign the waiver before registering.
Each participant must provide:
A valid photo ID
Company ID which can include an HR letter, business card, pay stub, employee ID.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Eligible team is a minimum of ten players.
A minimum of three (3) players of alternate gender on the team at all times.
Substitutes allowed between games
One E-SUB allowed
Participants must be employees of your company at time of play (with exception of the E-SUB).
Your team must provide an UMPIRE. The umpire does NOT have to be one of your players but they must register and sign a waiver form at the event for insurance purposes.
